Our data centre developments are technically and commercially viable and delivered “market ready”, meaning we have satisfied our 3Ps:

Power:We secure and pay for data-centre grade power fed from diverse substations, a looped connection or a switched alternative.
Property:We find well located properties that are suitable for data centre conversion and with multi-carrier connectivity.
Permissions:We gain change-of-use permissions, with viable design done, and with full detailed planning permission (not just outline).

Use Cases

Our customers typically fall into one of three areas:

AI-powered Tech
To meet the compute needs of AI technology, usually with Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC), AI companies need more than traditional colocation rack models.
Neocloud Providers
A neo cloud needs a neo data centre to call home. To host next generation clouds, they can’t be held back by restrictive, lowest common denominator colo.
Wholesale Colo

Environmental Credentials

One of our founding principles is the desire to deliver DC capacity with a lower environmental impact. Here are just a few of the ways we achieve this:

Repurpose

By focusing on suitable brownfield sites, we eliminate the carbon footprint associated with greenfield builds.
